Diplomatie Magazine: Diplomatie will all have coped the eyes of international policy makers. On two main issues, foreign policy of Europe and France's strategy in the Sahel, the largest reserves is appropriate to the firm Catherine Ashton (in the first case) and the French Ministries concerned (in the second). The subjects are highly sensitive. A question remains while pending: is it for these policy makers to postpone the presentation of their policy choices or, simply, their political choices are they always pending a decision that is slow to take shape? In any case, such silence is puzzling, and it may wonder if some people do not suffer simply a real failure in terms of communication strategy, then well as international politics is becoming every day a little more a matter of media coverage.
